Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 August 2026
Ayanam Foundation respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website. This policy explains, plainly, what information the site handles and what it does not.
The short version
This website is a single page of information. It has no contact forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising or tracking cookies. It does not collect personal information from visitors, and there is nothing on it that follows a visitor to another website.
What is stored on your device
If you switch the site between its light and dark appearance, that single preference is saved in your own browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. It never leaves your device, is not transmitted to the Foundation or anyone else, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Server logs
Like almost every website, the hosting provider that serves these pages may automatically record standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and the time of the request — in server logs used to keep the site secure and available. The Foundation does not use these logs to identify individual visitors or build profiles.
When you write to the Foundation
The buttons on this site open your own email application so that you can write to the Foundation directly. Nothing is submitted through the website itself. When you do write, the Foundation receives whatever you choose to include — typically your name, email address, organisation and the substance of your enquiry.
That correspondence is used only to reply to you and to take forward the partnership, engagement or enquiry you raised. It is retained for as long as the relationship or a legal obligation requires, and it is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.
Third-party content
This site loads no fonts, scripts, images, videos, maps or embedded content from external services. Every file it needs is served from the Foundation's own domain, so visiting it does not expose you to third-party trackers.
Your rights
You may ask the Foundation what personal information it holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal or contractual reason to retain it. Write to the contact address below and the Foundation will respond within a reasonable period.
Contact and grievances
For any question about this policy, or to raise a grievance about the handling of personal information, write to the Foundation at the address below.

Changes to this policy
If the website later adds a contact form, a donation facility or any measurement tool, this policy will be updated before that change goes live, and the date at the top will change with it.
